Educators Consulting Services was founded in 1966 in Conway, Arkansas. A few years later, Dr. Barentine purchased and moved ECS to Hot Springs, Arkansas where he worked countless hours to develop the business. In 2002, Dr. Barentine became partners with Dr. Pat Adcock who became owner of the company the following year. Dr. Adcock, a former teacher and school administrator for almost 30 years, has continued with Dr. Barentine's legacy.
